Problems associated with spoolsv.exe process and How to Repair it
At times, you may find the spoolsv.exe process to be using 99% or 100% CPU usage. This usually happens when the printer spooler folder is filled up with unwanted files. You can fix this problem by following the steps listed below:
  1. Go to StartSettings and click Control Panel
  2. In the Control Panel window, first double-click on Administrative Tools and then on Services.
  3. In the right pane of the Services window locate and right-click on Print Spooler and then select Stop.
  4. After you have stopped this process, leave the Service window open. Now open My Computer and navigate to the following folder.
    c:\windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS - in Windows Vista, XP, 98/95/ME
    or
    c:\winnt\system32\spool\PRINTERS - in Windows NT\2000
  5. Delete all the files in the Printers folder. After deleting the files in this folder, go back to Services window, right-click on Print Spooler, and then selectstart to re-enable the service.

Step 1
Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account
In your web browser, go to the Yahoo! Mail home page (http://mail.yahoo.com).  Sign in to your account using your Yahoo! ID and password, then click the yellow Sign In button.  Once you've successfully logged in, you'll see your email folders on the left and the What's New and Inbox tabs in the middle.


Step 2
Choose the Mail Classic option
On the upper right side of the page, there are three links -- MobileOptions, and Help.  ClickOptions, and when the drop down menu appears, choose "Mail Classic..."


Step 3
Confirm that you want to switch back
A dialog box will pop up with two choices -- Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic and Cancel.  If you're sure you want to switch, click the first option; otherwise, choose Cancel to keep the New Yahoo! Mail.  (If you wish to provide feedback about Yahoo! Mail, you can click the feedback link in the dialog box, which will open up a new window.)
