How To Share Internet?

Internet sharing, it depends on how you connect to the internet. you can share internet if you have two networks, the 1st networks one connected to the internet and 2nd networks is for the connection of clients or if you are connected through USB broadband you can share it two.

On the host computer

On the host computer, follow these steps to share the Internet connection:
  1. Make sure your user is Administrator
  2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  3. Click Network and Internet Connections.
  4. Click Network Connections.
  5. Right-click the connection that you use to connect to the Internet. For example, if you connect to the Internet by using a USB modem, right-click the USB modem connection
  6. Click Properties.
  7. Click the Advanced tab.
  8. Under Internet Connection Sharing, select the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection check box.
  9. If you are sharing a dial-up Internet connection, select the Establish a dial-up connection whenever a computer on my network attempts to access the Internet check box if you want to permit your computer to automatically connect to the Internet.
  10. Click OK. You receive the following message:
    When Internet Connection Sharing is enabled, your LAN adapter will be set to use IP
    address 192.168.0.1. Your computer may lose connectivity with other computers on
    your network. If these other computers have static IP addresses, it is a good idea to set them
    to obtain their IP addresses automatically. Are you sure you want to enable Internet
    Connection Sharing?
  11. Click Yes.
The connection to the Internet is shared to other computers on the local area network (LAN). The network adapter that is connected to the LAN is configured with a static IP address of 192.168.0.1 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0


On the client computer

To connect to the Internet by using the shared connection, you must confirm the LAN adapter IP configuration, and then configure the client computer. To confirm the LAN adapter IP configuration, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to the client computer as Administrator or as Owner.
  2. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  3. Click Network and Internet Connections.
  4. Click Network Connections.
  5. Right-click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties.
  6. Click the General tab, click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the This connection uses the following items list, and then click Properties.
  7. In the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties dialog box, click Obtain an IP address automatically (if it is not already selected), and then click OK.

Note: you can assign a static IP starting 192.168.0.2 up to 192.168.0.254 subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 then gateway is 192.168.0.1 then Preffered DNS is 192.168.0.1 and you can now start using the internet.

Blue Screen Problem?

There are many hardware or software that causes this problem. Here some example on how I troubleshoot this blue screen.

1. Think what software that you have install before blue screen appear. uninstall this software. if you did not install any software try step no. 2.

2. Try to repair your Operating System then scan it with antivirus and anti spyware or reformat your computer and install a fresh operating system. if still blue screen appear follow step no. 3.

3. Try to clean or replace the memory with a known good memory and restart the computer. if still blue screen appear you need to ask for help to a technician or to the supplier of your computer. There are other way to fix this but i recommend to ask help to a computer technician.

Computer Black Screen Problem

When the first time I encounter this problem i don't know what will i do... i search to the web what causes this black screen and i found out there many hardware that causes this problem.
The following are some example only on how to troubleshoot this black screen:

1. Check the video cable if it is properly connected then restart the computer. if still black screen appear follow step 2.

2. Try a known good Monitor and restart your computer. if still black screen appear follow step 3.

3. Try to clean or replaced the memory with known good memory and restart your computer, if windows appear your memory is damage or unclean. if still black screen appear follow step 4.

4. Try to remove the hard disk it is maybe shorted and restart the computer without the hard disk, if the bios appear your hard disk is shorted. if still black screen appear follow step 5.

5. If you have a known good Power Supply try to replace the old power supply and restart the computer. if still black screen appear follow step 6.

6. If you are using a video card try to clean or replace the video card then restart the computer if still black screen appear try to remove the video car, put the video cable to the build in video port then restart the computer. if still black screen appear follow step 7.

7. If you know how to remove and clean or replace a processor do this. Remove the processor then clean it or replace it with the same model also clean the heat sink and the fan of processor then restart the computer.if still black screen appear follow step 8.

8. Try to replace the mother board with a know good mother board with the same model.if still black screen appear follow step 9.

9. Its time for you to ask help to computer troubleshooter..
