Add application shortcut for all users of Windows7 and Server 2008

To add files or shortcut for all user simply navigate

C:\Users\Public\Public Desktop (note: this folder is hidden, you need to show all hidden files)

when the folder navigated paste the file or shortcut, automatically it appears to the desktop of other users.
